1. If you have a subscription (Cereal Club)...
The easiest way to change or cancel an order is by logging into your account HERE. Once you are in your account, click "manage subscription".
After that, it will take you to your subscription info, where you will have the option to either edit your existing subscription(s) item/s or cancel it/them.
By clicking edit, you can manage your next shipment date, change the products you want, change delivery schedule and payment info.
By clicking cancel, you are choosing to cancel your current subscription item/s. Please indicate a reason as to why you are choosing to cancel.
2. If you made a one-time order...
If you made a one time purchase, we can cancel or change orders for you prior to shipment. Simply call 888-665-0311 or message us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you.
